Jamal Human Resource Internationale is a distinguished Single Proprietorship establishment owned by ANALIZA B. SOLO, duly licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers (formerly known as Philippine Overseas Employment Administration).
On October 25, 2023, we take pride that the Philippine Government granted us our 8th license as an accredited agency in the Philippines to be part of the overseas recruitment.
As of this writing, we have a total of 26 years of experience in recruiting and deploying skilled, non-skilled, and domestic workers abroad.

Pre-Qualification
AssessmentOur stringent pre-qualification process involves assessing the candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to match them with the specific requirements of Saudi employers. We meticulously review each applicant's credentials to ensure they meet the standards set by both the Philippine government and Saudi companies. At this stage, we also make sure that all documents submitted by candidates are genuine and authentic.
Acceptance & Processing
DocumentationOnce a candidate is selected, we facilitate the acceptance of the job offer and initiate the necessary documentation and processing. This includes coordinating with the Saudi employer, handling visa applications, and ensuring all legal requirements are met for a smooth and efficient deployment process. The candidate should also sign the contract of employment.
Orientation & Deployment
PreparationTo prepare candidates for their transition, we conduct a series of pre-departure orientation sessions. These sessions cover essential information about the job, cultural aspects of working in Saudi Arabia, and practical advice for successful integration. After completing the orientation, candidates are ready for deployment.
Welfare Management
